What kind of glue do you use?
The brand of glue we use is Made in Japan and is LATEX-FREE and HYDROQUINONE-FREE.
How long will my lashes last?
On average, our clients come in every 2-3 weeks for classic lashes and 3-4 weeks for volume lashes.
Because your natural eyelashes shed daily, the extension attached to it will shed also and as a result you will require touch ups in order to maintain a full look. Some clients have very thin natural lashes and will prefer to come in sooner to keep a fuller look.

Do you use real mink lashes?
No, we don't. The health of your eyes is our number one priority and because animal hair can never be 100% sterilized, it can cause allergic reactions. And because mink lashes are manually curled and with washing and handling, they lose their curl.
Can I swim, shower or exercise while wearing eyelash extensions?
Yes. The glue is waterproof and allow you to shower, swim and exercise etc. Special care is required but overall maintenance is low. We do recommend that you do not wet your eyelash extensions for 12 to 24 hours after the eyelash application.
Can I use eyelash curler with eyelash extensions?
We do not recommend using mechanical eyelash curlers on your eyelash extensions as these curlers will damage the extensions and possible your own natural lashes. The extensions do have a natural curl but if more of a curl is required, I recommend using a heated eyelash curler.
Who can't wear eyelash extensions?
- Anyone with adhesive allergies.
- Anyone who just had Lasik has to wait at least 3 months and seek their doctor's approval prior to getting eyelash extensions.
- Anyone who just had an eyelift (Blepharoplasty) must wait 4 to 6 months after the operation and also need their doctor's approval.
- Anyone who had Chemotherapy in the last 6 months.
- Anyone who has medical condition related to their eyes, sight or eye area should consult their doctor first.
- Anyone with very curly lashes. Eyelash extensions don't last as long on naturally curly lashes.
Are eyelash extensions safe with pregnant or breastfeeding?
Generally speaking, eyelash extensions are a safe and non-invasive cosmetic procedure. The adhesive does not touch your skin as the extensions are glued to the eyelash hairs. Allergic reactions to the adhesive are rare and reactions can be treated. In saying this, I do not recommend that pregnant women who have not had eyelash extensions before test out the procedure during their pregnancy.
- Firstly, the lash extension procedure requires you to lay flat on your back for over one hour, a position that is not recommended for women in the advanced stages of pregnancy. It also requires that you lay quite still, which can be difficult if you’re heavily pregnant.
- Secondly, because pregnancy changes hormone levels which in turn can make you hypersensitive to things you've never had a problem with before. If a reaction was to occur the medication needed cannot be taken during pregnancy.
Hormones also affect lash retention. Hormones in the body can greatly affect the lifespan of your eyelash extensions and cause a surge in lash loss so your eyelash extensions might not last as long while you are pregnant and after you have a baby.
